Angeliqué Tate.

Rider of the Wind Dominion. Angelique was born in Sabbila, capital of the Wind Dominion. She is the most patient and sweet of the riders, but during battles she is quick-thinking. She feels privileged to be one of the riders, and feels appreciation for all her companions.

Calder Boreas.
Rider of the Ice Dominion. Calder was born in the capital of the Ice Dominion, Umbria. Calder belongs to a family with a great tradition of water and ice riders. All his brothers fought to become the Ice Rider, however, Calder was the winner. He is strong and very competitive.

Drucila Gaiana.
Rider of the Earth Dominion. Drucila was born in Limadia, capital of the Earth Dominion. Drucila is part of an ancient lineage of dragon riders, in which only the males of the Gaiana family have become riders. When her twin brother renounced the right, Drucila became the first girl rider of her lineage.
 

Lothar.
Mythical Fire rider, hero of a thousand battles, who tried to conquer the four domains, and let the Fire consume his heart. He was locked in a vessel, and waits patiently for his time to return to get revenge.







Aden.
Knight of Fire. Younger brother of Gideon. He has never had a rider, and has refused to obey any, until he is forced to choose Juan Salamandra.

Basira.
Lady of the Wind. The gentlest of the dragons, with healing abilities. Basira always tries to calm the male dragons, and make them understand that they need each other as a group.

Galahad.
Ice Knight. The leading dragon, experienced in battles and haughty warrior. He likes to reproach Aden for his brother's failure, and keeps an eye on him, preventing him from making mistakes.

Imogene.
Lady of Earth. She supports Aden, trying to give him encouragement and confidence. Her power is strong on the ground, but in the air some of her abilities fail.


Gideon.
Fire Knight, mythical leader of the dragons who fell in disgrace along with his rider Lothar. Gideon is one of the strongest and most reckless dragons of the Dominions.
