I've always love a good fairy tale, stories with magic, science or the supernatural. Maybe Star Wars is to blame for this. I watch it at 5 years old for the first time, and I've loved it since. So, when other girl dreamed about having a fairy-god-mother, I wanted to be a fierce princess and have adventures in a galaxy far far away.

Maybe the books of fantasy, heroes and monsters that I read as a child are to blame. I've always liked myths and needed to know more about heroes, gods, adventures, fights and such. If I couldn't be a princess or a jedi, I would use a sword and fight chimeras, defeat hydras, and flight the skies with my own personal dragon.

So, as I grew up, I started to write down all my weird dreams, with feisty princesses and wonderful dragons.

​

But hey! I have some awards and published books too. What about those?

Ok, so, the record goes...

In 2011 I ended up as finalist in the Premio Ediciones B de Novela Juvenil (A Literary Award for teen's books with Ediciones B. I got the second place in the contest, with my book "El destino del héroe", later to become "El pequeño gran héroe"/ The little great hero). This book was published on 2012 by Ediciones B, Mexico.

In 2013 I won the Premio FENAL Norma (An award for teen's books with Ediciones Norma and the Culture Institute from Leon), with my book "Magická". It was published this same year by Editorial Norma. From that momento on, the book was selled as Plan Lector (A programm destined to help children read more in their schools. The book is sold for middle grade school).

In 2014 was published "El señor de las Sombras"/Lord of Shadows, the second book in the series "El pequeño gran héroe"/Little great hero, by Ediciones B. 

​

In 2015 were published two books with Pearson Education, "Zafrina Luvina y el grimorio de las ciencias"/Zafrina Luvina and the grimoire of Science, and "Elvenkönig, el rey de los elfos"/Elvenkönig, King of the elves. Both are part of a Plan Lector (the reading programm) for middle grade school.

In 2016 it was published the last book from The little great hero series: "La caída de los dioses"/The fall of the Gods", by Ediciones B.

In 2017 I was finalist in the teen's award Del Nuevo Extremo, with the argentinian group Del Nuevo Extremo, with "Arcontes"/Archons.

​

Also in 2017, I was finalist in the romantic book award, Premio Romantic, from Romantic Ediciones, Spain, with the book "La cazadora de ángeles"/Angel slayer, published on 2017. 

​

I was chosen in 2017 for the magazine Parasubidas Poético LIJ Ibero, a magazine specialized in children's books and poems, with my poem "Zumba, zumba, radio hada"/ Zumba zumba, fairy radio.

​

I published "La niña invisible"/The invisible girl in 2018 with Ediciones Uranito. It was my firtst children's book.

​

In 2018 we presented at the International Book Fair of Guadalajara, the book "Destino Salamandra: Legado de fuego"/Salamandra destiny: legacy of fire, by Editorial Porrua, in their teen's collection Quarto de Hora.

​

In march 2019, my tenth book: "Arcontes"/Archons by Random House Grupo Editorial (Random House Mondadori), hit the libraries.

I also have some tales like: "Oscuridad"/Darkness and "Papá Mashaka"/ Papa Mashaka, from 2006 and 2009. These ones are finallists of a horror tales award, by the Coahuilan Institute. 

​

I won the 2nd Antology Caligrama of Fantasy, Horror and Sci-Fi with my tale "Korothma", published on 2010.

​

I have 3 tales with the SOGEM (Mexican General Society of Writers): "A imagen y semejanza"/ Image and likeness, "Caballero águila"/ Aguila Knigth, and "La vieja casa de la esquina"/ The old house.
